Responsibilities
1. Develop new tea and beverage products based on market trends and adjust taste to meet consumer preferences.
2. Research popular beverage products and categories in the market, analyze their taste, appearance, price, ingredients, and possible production methods.
3. Understand concepts for tea and coffee product development and lead its R&D.
4. Manage daily product development for all tea and beverage projects, including tea and coffee products.
5. Optimize and improve existing tea and milk tea beverages for the company.
6. Conduct research and development of raw materials according to the company's development needs.
7. Develop customized R&D plans, control R&D costs, improve efficiency, and complete product development tasks on time.
Requirements
1. Relevant experience is preferred
2. Understanding of coffee and tea beverage market development trends, adept at grasping new trends and consumer habits
3. Strong innovative ability
